Chiraharit hosted Ambara 2025, its annual All Hands Meet, bringing together employees from across the company to align on vision, strategy, and culture for the year ahead. The event focused on Chiraharit’s growth journey, operational priorities, and future roadmap, with leadership sharing plans on efficiency, innovation, and market expansion.
The meet also recognized outstanding contributions by teams and individuals, while interactive sessions encouraged open dialogue and collaboration. Chiraharit Private Limited is pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% shares of Vasavi Building Materials Private Limited (VBML).
Established over three decades ago, VBML is a trusted distributor for Finolex Industries and Ajay Industrial Corporation Limited, serving sectors such as RO plants, STPs, swimming pools, industrial construction, and housing societies. This acquisition builds on VBML’s strong legacy and customer relationships while creating operational synergy.
By streamlining supply chain, procurement, and delivery systems, and unifying technology platforms, we will drive efficiency and scalability. Together, Chiraharit and VBML will align structures, expand sales efforts, and strengthen market presence with a wider product range.
We have bagged solar module cleaning system for India's largest floating solar project

Chiraharit has bagged Design, Supply and Installation order for Module Cleaning System for a 75 MW Floating Solar Project. Floating Solar Projects are seen as a game changer in India’s quest for building 450 GW renewable Energy capacity because of their inherent advantages over on land projects, which require large contiguous tracts of non-agricultural land. Floating solar reduces thermal losses from solar energy and also reduces the evaporation losses from water bodies. Watch out for this space for more details.

We are going to manufacture HDPE Pipes now - Malaxmi Polymers
02.APRIL.2021 Malaxmi Polymers Private Limited, our subsidiary, is setting up a new unit for manufacturing of HDPE pipe near Hyderabad. The unit apart from meeting HDPE pipe requirement for our projects, will also undertake distribution of HDPE pipes, sprinklers pipes and other HDPE pipe products through our dealer network
