“It is your place”. To make yourself comfortable, you can begin by setting your workplace the way you like it. If this means putting up photos on your desk or potted plants, then do it. We encourage personalization of workspace. But, change the area around you, according to your tastes and desires of those of the people who work with you. Also, if you would like to walk around and sit for some time in the lobby and work, you are welcome do so.
“Initiative” You are encouraged to take initiatives. You are not a mere employee but a stakeholder in the Company. If you find ways of doing things better then intervene and make your suggestion count. Good suggestions are always welcome. Again, this is your Company. Make it a great place to work!
“You are the best problem solver” We trust in your capabilities to find solutions to any issues you might face. The Chiraharit way is a pointer which sets the premises on which you can take decisions to solve any issues which come up from time to time. You can keep your immediate supervisor informed and keep rolling.
“Responsibility” With great power comes greater responsibility. You are part of the decision-making process and can set the benchmarks for yourself and your team on the basis of Company’s core Mission and Vision. We always work in teams and ensure that responsibility is transferred accordingly.
“Communicate” Nothing beats personal communication. Given the dynamic nature of our businesses, constant communication helps find solutions in real time. You are encouraged to come up with new ideas, provide inputs to the team, so random drop-in meetings are encouraged. Don’t expect to get things done only on email. Pick up the phone, or drop in with your coffee and sort it out.
“Grow within” Job rotations or internal shuffling is an option and can be done as seen fit by the team. We encourage internal promotions depending upon the needs of the organization.
“Attendance” Work timings can be chosen by you based on the workflow (we measure output and not hours). In some of our offices bio-metric system is installed at the door and it is everyone’s responsibility to check themselves in and out. As we practice flexi time schedules, we want the employees to take initiative to communicate their availability to other members of the team.
